  DVD players are advanced devices for entertainment. The DVD audio is aimed to produce better performance and sound quality than the CD. The audio format of the DVD players can be used to provide better audio resolution and multi-channel music for the listeners.

The capacity of the DVD audio is certainly much more than the CD. Generally, a DVD Audio has a rate of 192 kHz while the maximum for CD is 44.1 kHz for ordinary CD. The resolution that a DVD supports is 24 bits, which is way higher than CD that supports 16 bits. This explains why the device has crossed car CD players in terms of popularity.
